When’s the Flame coming near you?

The Olympic Torch Relay begins on Saturday 19 May and you’ll be able to see our previews and reviews of every day on the road here. We’ll show you some of the best images from each day of the Relay as it travels across the UK, share some of the landmarks passed and highlight which Torchbearers, selected by Lloyds TSB, have carried the Flame that day.

And out on the road, we’ll be celebrating classic British icons whilst also showcasing a unique fusion of street performance, theatre and sport, in recognition of the athleticism, agility and skill of our British Olympians.

The Relay is an epic 8,000 mile, 70 journey across the UK. 8,000 Torchbearers will carry the Olympic Flame as it makes its way from Land’s End to the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games in Stratford, London on 27 July 2012 and we’ll be there helping to share the excitement and inspiration of the Olympic Flame with millions of people.
