As a Presenting Partner of the London 2012 Paralympic Torch Relay, we asked the public to nominate someone they believed had inspired or supported people with a disability in their community to be Torchbearers in the London 2012 Paralympic Torch Relay.
We received thousands of inspirational and moving nominations from across the UK, including people with a disability that have achieved personal success, those that have raised thousands of pounds for disability charities and others who have given up their free time to coach athletes with a disability
We’ll be revealing the successful Torchbearers shortly.
