Share your journey to London 2012

We’re all on a journey to London 2012, many of us as spectators, some as athletes, and lots as volunteers, coaches, parents, support teams, fundraisers, and much more.

At Lloyds TSB we’re always looking for ways to help our customers share in the excitement of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Share with us your journey to 2012 and let us keep you informed via email of all our London 2012 events, competitions, offers and opportunities for you to get involved.

‘Journey to 2012’ Submission Terms and Conditions
                      
1. These Submission Terms and Conditions apply if you choose to submit your ‘Journey to 2012’ content (including text, photographs, pictures, videos, drawings, audio, graphics etc) ("Submission"). You should also read the Website Terms and Conditions [LINK] which contain terms relating to your use of the Website generally.

2. You may make your Submission at www.lloydstsb.com/london2012 only.  Content should be appropriate for a public audience of all age groups.  Submissions via phone, post or other means will not be accepted.  Submissions must be no more than 500 words long.  Photos to accompany journeys are optional.

3. You must be a UK resident aged 18 years to make a Submission. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Submissions will be moderated before use and we reserve the right to refuse any Submission in our discretion. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. You must own the copyright in your Submission and it must not include any third party images or other third party content. By making your Submission you confirm that your Submission does not infringe the rights of any third party or any applicable laws.
 
6. By making a Submission you agree that we may edit, use and disseminate your Submission in any way including without limitation by publication on the Website, in branches, leaflets, Lloyds TSB employee intranets, and channels used by Lloyds TSB in perpetuity and without any payment to you. By making your Submission you acknowledge and accept this. Copyright in your Submission will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive. You may continue to use the material in any way.

7. We will show your name with your Submission, unless you request otherwise. We may need to contact you for administrative or verification purposes in relation to your Submission.

8. You must get the permission of all the people shown in your Submission before submitting it. If your Submission features children aged under 16 years old, you must get the permission of their parents too. You must get the permission of the owners of any private property shown in your Submission. All Submissions should be created safely and you should not endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or infringe any laws.

9. If your Submission includes any personal data (for example, name, address, email or phone number) then this will be used by us solely for the purpose of identifying you for the purposes of communicating with you and identifying your Submission. If you choose to subscribe to our 2012 update your email address will also be used to send you this update.

10. These Submission Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and we and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
